With a mission to overcome the Ethereum scalability challenge, our team is dedicated to launching our own L2 soluction — =nil; zkSharding, a zkRollup that securely scales Ethereum empowering web3 developers to build scalable, secure, and composable applications.</span></div><div><span><span>As a<strong> Technical Product Manager</strong>, you will participate in customer development, analysis of existing solutions, and feature prioritization for =nil; - an L2 product based on zkSharding architecture.</span></span><span><br /><br /></span></div><h3><span>Responsibilities</span></h3><ul><li>Collect potential clients requirements as a part of customer development</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities</li><li>Formalize technical product requirements and prioritize features</li><li>Ensure features delivery</li><li>Organize and structure potential client applications into groups unified by common requirements</li><li>Analyze competitors' solutions and potential client solutions from both product and technical perspectives</li><li>Prioritize product features</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams, including research, engineering, and product</li></ul><h3><span>Qualifications</span></h3><div><br /></div><ul><li>Experience in engineering, architecture, technical analysis, or research roles</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in product-related positions.</li><li>Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly</li><li>English proficiency at B2 level or higher</li><li>Previous experience in the web3 industry</li><li>Hands-on user experience with crypto apps and blockchain infrastructure is a plus</li><li>A degree in Mathematics or Computer Science is a plus.</li></ul><h3><span>Benefits</span></h3><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span>Apply to discuss your benefit package, including health insurance, language courses, relocation support or other care the company may provide.</span></div>

As a Technical Product Manager, you will participate in customer development, analysis of existing solutions, and feature prioritization for =nil; - an L2 product based on zkSharding architecture.
